Staying active + fit before, during and after pregnancy is a huge priority for me. With two toddlers at home and a baby on the way, that’s not as easy as it once was. I give HUGE praise to Amy + Krystle for making this guide for moms and with moms in mind (i.e. busy, sometimes tired and always pressed for time). I can always fit in my workout and feel SO accomplished afterwards. I know I’m working my body right + feel great in the process.
