This is a 4-week challenge to show yourself a little LOVE this month! This challenge starts Monday, February 16th and ends on Monday, March 16th. The goal is to complete any 3 Expecting and Empowered App workouts, one form of self-care (whatever that means to you) and a group share within the app. Stick to your goals and feel the support of our community with this challenge. You’ve got this!

STEP 1: JOIN THE CHALLENGE

  • OPEN the Expecting and Empowered Workout App

  • Select the Challenges tab (located on the bottom right)

  • Select the Love Yourself Challenge graphic

  • Select “JOIN CHALLENGE” from the Challenge page

  • Congratulations! You’ve joined the challenge!

STEP 2: LOG YOUR PROGRESS

For The Love Yourself Challenge, each week you’ll complete:

3 Expecting and Empowered app workouts (your choice)
1 form of self-care (your choice — maybe an hour of reading, a walk, or something just for you)
1 share — post in the challenge thread inside the Expecting and Empowered workout app.

The Workout App will automatically log your in-app workouts (only logs 1 workout per day) as you complete them. You will need to manually log any 2nd workouts completed in the same day.

You will need to manually mark as completed.
1 social share
You will need to manually mark as completed.

STEP 3: COMPLETE CHALLENGE TO BE ENTERED TO WIN PRIZES!!

After completing the challenge, take a screenshot of your completed challenge board from the Workout App and email it to hello@expectingandempowered.com to receive ONE entry.
