Hey mamas! Just wanna say thanks to Amy and Krystle. Just had my 6 week postpartum appointment and when my midwife tested for pelvic floor strength she said, “that’s the best postpartum Kegel I’ve felt all week!” 😂 and very minimal ab separation left which she attributed to good core strength! 💪🏼 so grateful we were able to go pain med free and heal well! ❤️
