Hi mamas,

This challenge has ended. Thank you to everyone that participated.

We know during this time of social distancing every day can be a struggle. Especially for all of us mamas who have been thrown into some new roles we may not be used to. We are both taking life day by day just like I’m sure a lot of you are. Our 10 week challenge just wrapped up this week and instead of starting another big challenge together we thought the best thing to do right now with all of the craziness that is going on is to start doing week by week challenges. To help keep us all accountable and encouraged together as an E&E community.

THE RULES:

  • Accountability challenges are for paying customers only.

  • The challenge includes 3 E&E workouts, 1 anxiety reducing activity, and 10 minutes of movement each week. We are not asking for perfection with this, any kind of attempt at each activity is sufficient. Now is not the time to be hard on yourself or add stress, know that this is to HELP you.

  • At the end of each week (by Sunday), share you completed sheet in your Instagram or Facebook story with @expectingandempowered tagged. This will enter you in the drawing for the prize. As a small business, it is a huge help and honor each time you tag us…it truly helps us to grow.

  • At the end of each week we will choose one winner to win a $50 gift card of their choice.

  • As always, we respect your privacy. If you are not comfortable sharing…send us an email with a screenshot of your completed digital tracker.
