Who the Postpartum Strength Pogram is for:

Postpartum Vaginal Delivery Program:

Anyone who has given birth vaginally. The program starts right away after birth up until 33 weeks postpartum.

Postpartum C-section Delivery Program:

Anyone who has given birth via a C-section. The program starts right away after birth up until 33 weeks postpartum. This program includes C-section specific recovery work including C-section scar mobilization and desensitization. 

Program Format

Video demonstrated exercises with 3 different sections designed to be completed in under 30 minutes:

  • Flexibility/Pelvic Floor: 3 exercises to warm up for the workout.

  • Circuits: A set of 3 exercises you’ll cycle through as many times as you can in 5 minutes. 

  • Core: A set of 3 core-focused exercises you’ll cycle through as many times as you can in 3 minutes.
