E + E Podcast Episode 25: Dr. Alice On Healing Your Birth Trauma

LISTEN TO EPISODE 25

I think it’s important to remember too, that your birth doesn’t have to be this super complicated or life threatening experience for it to be considered a traumatic birth experience. It’s about the perceived threat and danger, and the lack of safety to you or your baby.
— Dr. Alice Pickering, PSY.D
