Our FAVORITE Pregnancy Must-Haves

As the holidays approach, you might be baking something extra special inside of you. As your family asks for your wish list, we thought we’d share our very favorite pregnancy products. We know there is a lot out there, so we’re hoping to help you narrow it down!

  1. Expecting and Empowered Complete Set of Pregnancy Guides: We had to include our very own baby. Let your family know there are gift cards and they’d be able to help you get the best gift of all: a healthy, active, and comfortable pregnancy.

  2. BaoBei Maternity: The perfect partner to your E and E workouts. We both live in these products through pregnancy and postpartum. They have been developed by a physical therapist (just like Krystle). Our favorites? The ProBump and Adore Bralette. Both of us live in the Adore Bralette and the great thing is that you can wear it right into postpartum too! SO soft and stretchy. It is the perfect mommin’, lounging, low impact bra that can expand with you.

  3. Lululemon Align Pant: Another leisure item that is on repeat. I love the high waisted pant and as my belly expands, I just fold them over and keep on wearing them. -Amy

  4. Smash and Tess Sunday Romper: I’ve never gotten more compliments on a maternity outfit than on the Sunday Romper. The best part? So easy & comfortable. Just throw a necklace on and you’re all set. -Krystle

  5. Pure Shea Butter: All around great moisturizer. And I totally lathered some on my belly and prayed for no stretch marks. -Krystle

  6. Pregnancy Pillow: I have a REALLY tough time sleeping on my side, so for me this pillow was a huge help. It helped keep me sleep on my side as I grew my third baby and I can easily recommend it. -Krystle

  7. GOOD Prenatal Vitamins: Our friend and registered dietician, Alison helped us to realize that not all prenatals are created equal. These are our favorites!

  8. Wedge Pillow: For those that aren’t willing to go full in on the full body pillow, this perfect little wedge can help support your bump. This under my bump with a pillow between my legs is my preference. -Amy

  9. Chewy Ginger Candies: If you are feeling morning sickness, these chews might just be your cure. I’ve had a lot of my coworker nurse friends pop these to make it through their shift. Perfect stocking stuffer for the nauseous mama. I can attest that they are also yummy. -Amy

  10. The COZIEST PJ Set: These PJs are cute and comfortable. Definitely a win/win when you have a growing bump. You’re definitely going to want all the colors! -Krystle
