ABOUT THE EPISODE

It’s Amy here and this week we’ve got a mini episode for you. We put together our tangible, best tips for getting your workouts in because we know it’s incredibly hard to do when you have a bunch of little people that depend on you. We've been in the trenches of motherhood where you don’t feel like you have a spare moment let alone 45 minutes for a workout.

But we do know that prioritizing working out can be so important to our lives so throughout our journeys we've always figured out a way that's worked for us. Today I've pulled them all together for you and I’m sharing four tips that really work during this demanding season.

We are in the holidays and we know you probably don't have a lot of spare time right now but we want you to remember how important you are, remember that you really matter, and remember that even during the holidays your body is going to thank you for some kind of movement.

If this episode spoke to you we would love it if you shared it into your story tagging @expectingandempowered.
