  • Nope. The app was built for real life - which means your living room, your bedroom floor, or your backyard. Light dumbbells and a resistance band are helpful, but never required.


  • The E+E App is designed for this… Physical therapists who specialize in C-section recovery designed programs specifically for your scar, your core, and your healing timeline. You’re in safe hands.


  • Some movement is better than nothing. Most programs are 30 minutes or less, 3x per week. That’s 90 minutes a week to rebuild your strength. You can break up workouts into shorter chunks as needed.
